Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a time-honored therapy rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that supports the body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance. By gently inserting fine, sterile needles at specific points along the body’s energy pathways, acupuncture helps to regulate the flow of qi (vital energy), ease pain, reduce stress, and promote overall wellbeing. Whether you’re seeking relief from a specific condition or simply looking to enhance your health, acupuncture offers a holistic approach that addresses both the symptoms and their underlying causes.
Appointments may include cupping, gua sha, and tui na (Chinese massage) as well.
Chinese Herbs
Herbal Medicine is a cornerstone of Chinese Medicine, using carefully selected natural herbs. Each formula is uniquely tailored to the individual, addressing not just symptoms but the underlying patterns that create them. By restoring harmony within the body’s systems, herbal medicine can help with a wide range of concerns- from boosting energy and immunity to supporting digestion, hormone regulation, sleep, and injury recovery. When prescribed by a qualified practitioner, Chinese herbs offer a powerful way to nurture health from the inside out.
Appointments can include Acupuncture & Herbs, or simply Herbal Medicine alone if desired.
